This is a rewarding trek that can be enjoyed by every lover of nature and beautiful landscape.Views of the ‘fishtail’ peak Machhapuchhare and Annapurna South dominate the skyline as we trek via Shyauli Bazaar to Ghandruk, before we return to Pokhara to relax by beautiful Phewa Lake.
Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu airport, transfer hotel, welcome dinner with cultural Nepali restaurant, Today you are arriving one of the mingling cultural valley Kathmandu. Once you arriv Kathmandu airport (KTM). After completing your custom formalities and your (Visa, etc) pick up your luggage and look for our representative with a community friendship trekking display board or your name at the arrival gate and you will be picked up by one of our representative or your trip guide, You will be transferred to hotel. After check in, you can either take a rest or look around in the city; it all depends on your interests and condition. This evening your trek guide will take you to welcome dinner place where you will enjoy with Nepali traditions meal call DAL BHAT and cultural program. Day 02: Drive to Pokhara, 6 to 7 hours, stay at hotel Early morning drive via Prithiviraj Marg Highway to Pokhara and divert route to Pokhara by following the Marsyangdi River valley, we pass through the small towns, villages and terraced paddy fields. After arrival in Pokhara your rest of time can be used to explore peaceful and one of the clean and beautiful lake city Pokhara . today your 6 to 7 hrs drive sitting on the bus sit almost a half a day you will feel tried but your afternoon rest will make you more relaxed, now time to explore pokhara in the evening and trady for Annapurna century trek, Day 03: Drive to Nayapul and trek to Ghandruk (1880 m) – 6 hours Today after your breakfast your transport will be ready to drive to nayapool fallowing by the pokhara city and you will take a break for photograph on stunning view of Annapurna ranges mountain and one of the holi mountain Machapuchre called Fish Tail and you will continue drive half an hour to Nayapool where your trek will start, your crew will be waiting you to take day one trek to Ghandruk , today you will experience the climb up hills fallowing by stone steps and passing through such a beautiful Gurung village and stunning view of modi river valley.you will posh final step and will get one of the Gorkha town Ghandruk its dippen on your afternoon time you will visit Gurung Museum and mostly rest evening with Annapurna south view . Day 04: Chhomrong (2175 m) – 6 hours after your nice gurung breakfast We will start our day heading toward to Chumrung fallowing by the old Gurung Village via Komrung danda , the day you will have a oppertinuty to over view on Fishtail, Annapurna south and himchuli mountain view , your trail will leads small ups and down today finaly you will reach the village Chhumrong. where you will stop over night with nice gurung village Day 05: Chhomrong – Doban (2600 m) – 6 hours finish your packing before your breakfast your trekking crew will be waiting to collect your bagges ,after your breakfast our trail from Chomrong descends first on stone staircases to cross the chomrong khola and then we climb steep up all the way to Sinuwa. here you will have a lunch break, depend on whether conditions It can be very hot or rainy today. we will be ready for that with our gear. walking mostly in the sun and it’s steep. After Sinuwa the trails enters into the forests and it goes up and down but you will walk mostly down all the way to Dovan 2500meters. There are very few lodges from now on every stop. It can be cold during and rest your leg and enjoy the nature, the night as the sun hides behind the big hill before getting dark and the sun comes out very late you will prepare your warm cloth in the morning. Day 06: Doban to Deurali (3700 m) – 5 hours After your breakfast we pass through mostly bamboo forest and verities of different tree you will have a chance to see lots of flowers the day passing through the forest which is damp and cold then ascend steadily with fewer steep sections. after three hours walk we will reach Himalaya Hotel. where we will have lunch , the forest opens up and we are out in the sun again with astounding views of the glacial river below. It is a steep climb up through a much drier forest before reaching Hinku Cave. From here we can see the trail drop closer to the river before climbing again to Deurali, between Hinku cave to Derali we have to keep in eye where we gonna cross the avalanche zone and rock falls, most scenic stretch of the day. The vegetation is sparser, allowing magical views of the valley, the river below, and the sheer rock face cliffs above with bands of wispy waterfalls.Ana we stop in Deurali. this afternoon you will have enough rest for the next day 3700 meters Day 07: Machhapuchhre base Camp (3700 m) – 4 hours After breakfast we star to climb gently thorough a river valley then over a steep trail over to the mountain side. The hike to Machhapuchhre Base Camp is somewhat strenuous. you will pass through pain forest and lots of different kinds of rodondrons, today we will feel bit of altitude we will walk slowly and keep drinking water finanly we will reach Machhapuchhre base camp by lunch time we will have here lunch and stay overnigh here we will have chance to walk a bit afternoon and ready for tomorrow final destination Annapurna base camp. Day 07: Annapurna south Base Camp (4130 m) – 3 to 4 hours After your breakfast we will be ready for our final push, today we are above the treeline.The vegetation disappears on our way to ABC and the path widens as we enter the Annapurna sanctuary. From here, we get sensational views of the near-vertical south face of Annapurna towering above us. The sanctuary boasts of a dynamic view without anything impeding the 360-degree panorama view of annapurnas ranges From the base camp we again get to savor mesmerizing views of the Machhapuchhre, Annapurna south, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli and other peaks. Day 08: Annapurna Base Camp to Dovan – 6 hours after memoreable early morning view we will have a breakfast and you will ready to leave your food print there and we start from the Annapurna base camp we retrace our steps to Bamboo. Today’s trek is downhill so it shouldn’t be very difficult but we always careful with our steps it’s very easy to twist your ankle. we will always have the company of the extraordinary landscape to cheer us up. Overnight in Bamboo with some cold and hot drinks . Day 09: Trek down to Jhinu – 7 hours we will returning same path From Bamboo to Jhnu , it is an uphill trek to Kuldighar followed by a downhill walk to Chhomrong Khola. Then climb the stone steps to Chhomrong where we will have our lunch break with having nice view on Machhapuchhre Himal , and then we will start descends to Jhinu Danda, where we will be resting for the night. Today we will have an opportunity to enjoy hot springs just 15-20 minute downhill walk from Jhinu Danda to soothe our aching body. Overnight in Jhinu Dada we will have a group dinner together with all the trekking nepali crew this will be the last dinner in the mountain and we will ready to next day walk and drive to pokhara where you will have a good food and rest , Day 11: Trek to Naya Pul then drive to Pokhara: 6 hours trek, 1 hour drive today is our last walk in the Himalaya On our way to Naya Pul from Jhinu danda we get to enjoy the amazing hill landscape of western Nepal. We have lunch on the way. Our trek will end at Naya Pul where we board our vehicle to Pokhara. Overnight in Pokhara. *If the road construction connecting Jhinu Danda to Naya Pul is complete, driving from Jhinu Danda to Pokhara could be another option but it will be fully rough and dusty rode. Day 12: Fly or drive Back to Kathmandu, Today, we fly back to Kathmandu or we drive same rode back its dippens on the our plan and budget after our mountain journey. The early morning flight drops us in Kathmandu or easy morning drive to Kathmandu (dippens on your time schedule) You can rest and relax throughout the day at hotel. Trek Preparation for Nepal
Nepal is one of the best destinations for your trekking holiday. It is a land locked country with a range of terrain. Your trek will start at 800m and ascend up to 2500m to your destination, as per your itinerary. The trek is challenging, but here in Nepal everyone, from young kids all the way up to 70 year olds, can trek well and successfully and enjoy their experience. If you have some experience of trekking, hiking and climbing around the world or in your own home country, these skills will be very valuable.
If you never done the these activities but you are still planning to go Nepal for trekking, there are some very basic activities that you can do which will prepare you for your holiday, for example running, gym, playing sport, walking and hill climbing. It is also important to get used to your hiking boots, practice with your day pack and train for packing as well. You can practice with at least 7/10 kilograms of weight in your day pack, with items like drinking water. Make sure you start practicing at least 15 to 20 days before you travel to Nepal.
