Annapurna sanctuary is one of the beautiful two weeks tea house trek in Annapurna region. This trek leads to the fabulous high mountains amphitheater also known as Annapurna base camp. (Anna Purna ) is called enough growing farming land for their fields in Annapurna region. The trekking route passes through many varied climatic condition from sub tropical to alpine. Those inevitably the vegetation changes accordingly giving trekkers a wonderful variety of flora and fauna. You will meet many different ethnic groups – it is rather like trekking through a live with open museum. You will experience some of the diverse but equally friendly people and cultures of Nepal.
We start the trek with gradually ascend it’s lots of ups and down while climbing the stone steps through the beautiful varied landscape of cultivated terraced and rice field and lust forest of oaks, magnolia, bamboo and rhododendron trees. The early morning hike to Poon hill (3230 m) will give you the best possible panoramic sunrise view on whole fabulous Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. This hike also allows time of proper acclimatization on the way to Annapurna Sanctuary. We continue the Annapurna sanctuary trek following the beautiful green Modi Khola valleys. The valley surrounded by spectacular towering peaks and sheer high huge narrow rock walls with gushing sparkling waterfalls tumbling down into the roaring river below.
We ascend to fascinating Machhapuchhare Base Camp beyond that the valley widens as it reaches the lateral moraine of Annapurna south glacier. The mountain views are simply nice and beautiful. Hiumchuli, Annapurna south, Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Gangapurna, Macchapuchhare (Fishtail) completes a fabulous panorama. A further gradual 3 hours steady climbing and you will reach Annapurna Base Camp. its time to ready to get your camera to catch the sun set view on Annapurna South Summit and it’s a truly wonderland of glistering peaks, snowfields and glaciers – an unforgettable Himalayan paradise. A vast spectacular natural alpine and a miracle stunning view of the Annapurna sanctuary. It’s time to say bye for those amazing natural Mountains and ready to drag your leg slowly down to the tropical valley and enjoy the rest in beautiful Lake city of Pokhara, it’s still remind you that high peaks where you have been.
Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu airport, transfer hotel, welcome dinner with cultural Nepali restaurant,
Today you are arriving one of the mingling cultural valley Kathmandu. Once you arrive Kathmandu airport (KTM). After completing your custom formalities and your (Visa, etc) pick up your luggage and look for our representative with a community friendship trekking display board or your name at the arrival gate and you will be picked up by one of our representative or your trip guide, You will be transferred to hotel. After check in, you can either take a rest or look around in the city; it all depends on your interests and condition. This evening your trek guide will take you to welcome dinner place where you will enjoy with Nepali traditions meal call DAL BHAT and cultural program.
Day 02: Drive to Pokhara, 6 to 7 hours – stay at hotel
Early morning drive via Prithiviraj Marg Highway to Pokhara and divert route to Pokhara by following the Marsyangdi River valley, we pass through the small towns, villages and terraced paddy fields. After arrival in Pokhara your rest of time can be used to explore peaceful and one of the clean and beautiful lake city Pokhara . today your 6 to 7 hrs drive sitting on the bus sit almost a half a day you will feel tried but your afternoon rest will make you more relaxed, now time to explore pokhara in the evening and trady for Annapurna century trek,
Day 03: drive to Nayapool Trek to Ulleri (1900 m) – 4 hours
today after your breakfast we will ready to drive one and half hour to Nayapool following by the short drive we will pass through lots of rice paddy and nice hill call Naudanda where we will stop for gorgeous view on Annapurna ranges mountain and we will continue our drive to Nayapool where we will start our real mountain hike, until Hile we will trek following by the rough road. after your lunch we will climb steep uphill to ulleri, today we will get strong sun behind of shoulder it’s easy to get burn, finally we will stop Ulleri with our tried leg ,
Day 4: trek to Goherepani (2800 m) – 4 hours
today our trek will lead up to Ghorepani which is one of the most beautiful and busy touristic place ,This trek in the Annapurna foothills to the view point on Poon Hill offers all the best of trekking in Nepal. Enjoying trekking in the spectacular western Himalayan mountains scenery through charming villages inhabited by the Gurrung and Magar actinic group dense rhododendron forests full of birds and deep sub-tropical valleys, all set below the Annapurnas with the picturesque peaks of Machhapuchhare (Fish Tail Peak) dominating the skyline. we will pass through plenty of tea break where tea house owners offering to have cold drinks break with hearty welcome smile face, finally we will reach Ghorepani this evening you have a chance to see the sun set view with head light ,depends on your energy to climb again for Morning sunrise you will still have a chance to say hi magic mountain,
Day 05: trek to Tadhapani (2460 m) – 6 hours
after our morning climb we will ready to trek down Tadhapani our trail will leads uphill where we will have chance to take 360; panoramic view on top of the hill same as Punhill height and we will walk ridge following by magnificent rodondrom and pine forest , we will have a chance to see full of birds and sub-tropical forest , we will trek all the way down to aklebhatti and final push steep up again to Tadhapani where we will stop overnight again every evening we will have stunning view on Annapurna south face and Holy Mountain Machhapuchhre ,
Day 06: trek to Chrumrung (2170 m) – 5 hours
after your nice breakfast We will start our day heading down to Bhujung Khola till here we will walk very steep down passing through very little village and after crossing the Bhujung Khola we will have lunch at Bhujung there are few tea house where you will enjoy your lunch with local family kitchen , the day you will have a opportunity to over view on Fishtail, Annapurna south and himchuli mountain view , your trail will leads small ups and down today finaly you will reach the vig village Chhumrong. Where you will stop over night with nice gurung village,
Day 07: Chhomrong to Doban (2600 m) – 6 hours
Finish your packing before your breakfast your trekking crew will be waiting to collect your bagges, after your breakfast our trail from Chomrong descends first on stone staircases to cross the chomrong khola and then we climb steep up all the way to Sinuwa. Here you will have a lunch break, depend on whether conditions It can be very hot or rainy today. We will be ready for that with our gear. Walking mostly in the sun and it’s steep. After Sinuwa the trails enters into the forests and it goes up and down but you will walk mostly down all the way to Dovan 2500meters. There are very few lodges from now on every stop. It can be cold during and rest your leg and enjoy the nature, the night as the sun hides behind the big hill before getting dark and the sun comes out very late you will prepare your warm cloth in the morning.
Day 08: Doban to Deurali (3700 m) – 5 hours
After your breakfast we pass through mostly bamboo forest and verities of different tree you will have a chance to see lots of flowers the day passing through the forest which is damp and cold then ascend steadily with fewer steep sections. After three hours walk we will reach Himalaya Hotel. Where we will have lunch, the forest opens up and we are out in the sun again with astounding views of the glacial river below. It is a steep climb up through a much drier forest before reaching Hinku Cave. From here we can see the trail drop closer to the river before climbing again to Deurali, between Hinku cave to Derali we have to keep in eye where we gonna cross the avalanche zone and rock falls, most scenic stretch of the day. The vegetation is sparser, allowing magical views of the valley, the river below, and the sheer rock face cliffs above with bands of wispy waterfalls.Ana we stop in Deurali. This afternoon you will have enough rest for the next day 3700 meters
Day 09: Machhapuchhre base Camp (3700 m) – 4 hours
After breakfast we star to climb gently thorough a river valley then over a steep trail over to the mountain side. The hike to Machhapuchhre Base Camp is somewhat strenuous. you will pass through pain forest and lots of different kinds of rodondrons, today we will feel bit of altitude we will walk slowly and keep drinking water finanly we will reach Machhapuchhre base camp by lunch time we will have here lunch and stay overnigh here we will have chance to walk a bit afternoon and ready for tomorrow final destination Annapurna base camp.
Day 10: Annapurna base Camp (4130 m) – 3 hours
After your breakfast we will be ready for our final push, today we are above the treeline.The vegetation disappears on our way to ABC and the path widens as we enter the Annapurna sanctuary. From here, we get sensational views of the near-vertical south face of Annapurna towering above us. The sanctuary boasts of a dynamic view without anything impeding the 360-degree panorama view of annapurnas ranges from the base camp we again get to savor mesmerizing views of the Machhapuchhre, Annapurna south, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli and other peaks.
Day 11: Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo – 7 to 8 hours
After memoreable early morning view we will have a breakfast and you will ready to leave your food print there and we start from the Annapurna base camp we retrace our steps to Bamboo. Today’s trek is downhill so it shouldn’t be very difficult but we always careful with our steps it’s very easy to twist your ankle. We will always have the company of the extraordinary landscape to cheer us up. Overnight in Bamboo with some cold and hot drinks.
Day 12: Bamboo to Jhinu Danda (1760m) – 5 to 6 hours
We will returning same path From Bamboo to Jhnu, it is an uphill trek to Kuldighar followed by a downhill walk to Chhomrong Khola. Then climb the stone steps to Chhomrong where we will have our lunch break with having nice view on Machhapuchhre Himal , and then we will start descends to Jhinu Danda, where we will be resting for the night. Today we will have an opportunity to enjoy hot springs just 15-20 minute downhill walk from Jhinu Danda to soothe our aching body. Overnight in Jhinu Dada we will have a group dinner together with all the trekking nepali crew this will be the last dinner in the mountain and we will ready to next day walk and drive to pokhara where you will have a good food and rest ,
Day 13: Trek to Naya Pul then drive to Pokhara: 6 hours trek, 1 hour drive
today is our last walk in the Himalaya On our way to Naya Pul from Jhinu danda we get to enjoy the amazing hill landscape of western Nepal. We have lunch on the way. Our trek will end at Naya Pul where we board our vehicle to Pokhara. Overnight in Pokhara. If the road construction connecting Jhinu Danda to Naya Pul is complete, driving from Jhinu Danda to Pokhara could be another option but it will be fully rough and dusty rode.
Day 14: Drive Back to Kathmandu,
Today, we go back to Kathmandu. At Kathmandu (deepens on your time schedule) you can rest and relax throughout the day at hotel. If you are interested to take some gifts home from Nepal for friends and relatives, you can visit to some nearby shops or vendors in Thamel for typical Nepalese goods. If you are still keen on exploring any other areas in Kathmandu, you can talk to your leader or you can visit yourself taking Taxi and he will organize it for you accordingly on your rest of Kathmandu journey,
Day 15: Final Trip Departure
The journey within the Himalayan King-dome of Nepal comes to an end today; if you have more time then you can do some shopping or just wander around Thamel and relax before your flight. At last approximately 3 hours before our scheduled flight you will ready to heave hotels, check
